Happiness - The Creation of Self

Happiness is a vital source for every Living Being.  Most importantly, no one can provide this source for you but yourself.  In other words, it is simply a matter of choice.  A choice like every other choice made in life.
A choice that is self created and self made. Just as when you wake up in the morning and make choices of what you would like to wear, bath go to work, eat and so forth.  That is the same choice that is needed for happiness.
Happiness can be found in everything - and to contradict your belief system, happiness can be found in what the world would call a bad or painful situation.
In every bad or painful situation there can be a deep source of happiness.  Most often in my case I have been fortunate to go through some bad situations, marriage breakdown, divorce, lost of job, death of my father, dead of a dear friend..........I am not comparing with yours because yours might may have been worse.
But my happiness or should I say, while graving I choose to focus of the joy that I ones had in all of these situation.   Before my marriage broke-down it was ones a good one and I choice to scrape out the good from the bad and live in the good.
I am the choices that I make-  In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
I am not saying to you that it is a simple choice, for some it may take years, some month and other days depending of how much that want to give to a melancholia lifestyle.  Look at these colours and make a choice of which of them fit your present mood.
If you're unhappy, you can put yourself in a joyful atmosphere - It is all about choice.

The first point of creating this choice should start with a question - What is the benefit of my unhappiness? If you can find the benefit other than death(of all mind, body and soul - then keep being unhappy.
Happiness is found in the beauty of nature. Happiness is found in the voice of a

friend. It is in the eyes of a child. Happiness can be found in the purr of a kitten or in

the wag of a puppy’s tail. Happiness can be found just outside your window or front

door. It can be the sun beating down on your face or the raindrops falling on your

head. Happiness is a choice. It is a choice that I make, every day.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  Philippians 4:6
In any situation, there is something good and bad.  look at the good things and put those that seem as bad aside.  There is much power in you to create happiness in all things that you can ever imagine.
The second view of the choice of happiness - is that it is a healthy course.  Happiness can send signals into your body systems that has the ability to heal.

A human life may involve many pleasures, joys, and successes. On the other hand, it may also involve many pains, griefs and troubles and still be a good life -- a happy life.
Happiness, in other words, is not made by the pleasures we have; nor, for that matter, is happiness marred by the pains we suffer: Aristotle helps us to see this by two things he says about happiness. http://www.utpa.edu/dept/curr_ins/faculty_folders/tevis_m/docs/TheoryOfHappiness.pdf
There is beauty everywhere - God created the world for happiness.  Everything around us including you and I are all beautiful. My heart sings when I hear the birds singing, the river runs, people passing by my home, seeing people at the shopping centres, buses, trains and children playing or going to see.
When I wake up in the morning the smell of the morning air, the trees, the TV presenters etc......There is light in everything so is there happiness.
Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations. Psalm 100
If you're down, go somewhere fun and exciting. An arcade, the movies or anyplace else that makes you say "Cheerio my deerio." If you do this, you're bound to make yourself a little bit more happy. http://www.bookrags.com/essay-2004/7/21/173212/282/

I prefer to wake up every morning with happiness and hope in my heart. I choose to be happy. I’m not happy all of the time, but I still choose happiness. I allow myself to experience whatever emotion I am feeling in any given situation. Once I recognize why I am having that emotion, I then choose to smile. I allow happiness to overcome me. I would rather take the bad with the good, but focus on the good. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and that things have a way of working themselves out. I also believe that a little optimism speeds up that process. http://thisibelieve.org/essay/74487/
All that you want for live and happiness already surrounds you - See everything has been given to you, don't let it be taking away from you

I can’t change other people but I can change myself, my attitude, and my

emotions.

"Creating your own reality is the richest gift you received at birth."
—  Deepak Chopra

I believe happiness is contagious. I believe in infecting myself

and others with happiness. A smile goes a long way. An act of kindness or

generosity stays with someone for a lifetime. A display of happiness can

change someone’s outlook and brighten their day. I believe happiness

warms the soul.
For this reason I say to you, [n]do not be worried about your [o]life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the  air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? And who of you by being worried can add a single  hour to his life?  And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these.  But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith!  Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’  For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.  But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be  added to you.  Matthew 6: 24-32
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits,Psalm 103:2
So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will [v]care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now. And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. It is right for me to feel this way about you all, because I hold you in my heart, for you are all partakers with me of grace, both in my imprisonment and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel. ...Philippians 1:3-11
