Take a breath and look within

Why O why! Why you.
You are always running
Not looking at the direction at which you go
You run to the east, west, south and north
Running from you, running from them,
Always running not looking at your direction.
I asked you, where are you running to and who are you running from?
You don't know, says you.
But you are running, always running.
You took heavy steps to turn to your left,
But you went to the east,
I looked at you but you where in the west no, the north,
You are unsettle, unplan and unease,
You run day and night,
You run ran or shine,
Always running.
You have never reached your destination
You are running the same race each day and taking the same route each day,
Because you are running to the same place,people and lane
The place from which your are hiding from
They people and lane you don't want to take
You go straight back to the people, running at the same lane, seeing the same faces and smelling the dust at the same lane,
You looked within and run back straight to the same old self,
I asked, who are you running from and where are you going?
I don't know, says you.
Stop take a breath, think and look at the road,
Run back to who you are,
Run to the truth, run to yourself
Look within and see the stars
Stop and take a look, look carefully and see
Open your eyes, the eyes of your heart,
Everything you've been running from is not,
Everything you've been looking at is not,
All there is awaits you, lying quietly within.
You are precious,
Stop running! You are a star.
Look around, see the beauty in you,
Look within see your beauty, you are a star,
You are graceful, loving, admirable.
You are a star,
Run within, go visit your inner you,
Everything you want to be awaits you,
Everything you are is longing to see you,
Stop running and look to your valuable self,
You are a star - run back to you.
